You have to go to the cleaning aisle to find a decently priced one for less than $5, but they try to trick you into getting the $17 in the "bathroom / home goods" section... we had to go to Walmart to get the stuff we couldn't find here. read more

I like this place. It's currently getting a few things renovated. Heard they're getting produce. I like it here, beats driving to Wal-Mart off the 215/Rainbow because prices in truth are relatively similar. The way the place is set up, I love it. Always get toiletries, doggy treats and most of my electronic gadgets from here and is usually where I stock up on gifts for my family. I also like how they have a Starbucks (which I frequent) and a Pizza Hut Express for a quick bite. The place (main store and Starbucks/Pizza Hut) are most often kept clean and orderly, I like that. read more

My daughter and I were in search of a specific TV listed for sale in the Sunday Target ad. We've been to the Blue Diamond location in the past, with mixed results on finding items or getting good help from the employees. After being told that the store was "probably out of stock" by one worker, another happened to come by and ask if we needed help. (We probably had that sad look of desperation on our faces!) This second guy, Robert, not only researched the model number we wanted, but spent some time searching the warehouse because he told us he was sure he'd seen these TVs at some point. Sure enough, after returning once to keep us updated on the search, he came back a second time with TV in hand, totally restoring our faith in what customer service means. It's target, obviously it's amazing. However super disappointed. I bought a Wine Bag and when I put my wine in it, there was no bottom so I got a broken bag and now a broken bottle of wine all over my floor. I tried calling guest services to see if I can return the bag and bring a $10 off a $50 purchase coupon I had forgot to bring, but they hung up on me 3x. So I guess I'll never know. read more

I really love target and its products, I've been a long term customer and a holder of their red card. But I can't help but run into terrible customer service at this location when I come to the customer service desk/returns desk. Invited by a cashier to check out, I asked her where to pick up a pre-ordered items that my sister purchased for my daughter for Easter. She told me to go to the customer service desk/return & exchange counter and that they can check me out there also. So I proceeded over there, I was second in line. A second employee woman came to a register to provide service to me (who was next in line), I told her I needed to pick up a pre-ordered gift and check out. She said I need to go to self check-out to pay for my items I have in my basket because there's starting to be a line behind me. If I only had a couple things on my hands that is not a problem, but I had over a $100 worth of items, a baby on my arm and I'm pregnant and the cashier I was initially at is starting to form a line as well. I would never go to a self checkout with this much stuff and a baby on my arm. I didn't catch her name, she had a two letter name on her badge that I can see. But seriously! She completely ignored my comment when I told her that the cashier in the regular line told me to come to her to check out. There's a reason why it's called a line and "first come first serve." She got through 5 people by the time I was done "self check-out" my items. If their management even cares. I was there checking out about 7:15p.m. on Tuesday April 11th, 2017. A woman working at the return exchange counter. I would retrain your staff to not dismiss another woman carrying a baby, pregnant with a basket full of items to pay and tell her to go check out her own stuff at self check-out. read more

The store is dirty and the parking sucks so 3 stars. I've been to this location several times and everytime I come parking is always a hassle and you for whatever reason need to park 200 to 300 feet away from the entrance not that great if you're trying to be quick and efficient. Then when I walked in their stuff scattered all around the store and when I went back to try and find a sweat band and back which they didn't have all of the clothes were all spread out all over the place and the workers seemed very disinterested and disorganized. Hopefully I don't have to come back to this location again and I can go to the one on Silverado ranch in eastern because it's cleaner and parking is much smoother. Also getting in and out of the shopping center can be a bit of a pain in the ass so you've been warned! read more

Use to be our go to Target. We have some employees we like at this store since we've known for years. But on 5/15/2022 we walked in to find some swimming trunks for our twins and could not find much. Really sad that they have allowed this Target that was once nice to go to, to be run down and have some nasty employees directing customers to check stands. We took the twins to try them at the fitting rooms and WOW! It stunk so bad like arse in that area and no employee was doing anything about it. As if they cleaned the fitting rooms with nasty, stale dirt water because that is what it smelled like. It was disgusting as too their restrooms are as well. As we checked out and we're directed to a check stand, I told the employee young lady with a tattoo on her right shoulder about our experience at the fitting rooms, she did not care and said "yeah right check stand 8" I moved on and left. Just because of that experience, it was the last draw at this location. I will be driving a little further and visit the Targets in Henderson because they are actually nicer at those retail stores, plus they have other places for shopping and eateries that are better than Bluediamond. It's sad that one person and an experience can change your location of preference. Thank you lady with a tattoo on the right shoulder for making it easy. SMH. Maybe Walmart would be nicer if I need a store like that which is just 1 mile west of this Target-cheaper in prices too! read more

Target is my go to place for anything. Video games, food, clothes, other electronics, music, toys, and just about anything else you can think of. I come here and don't leave for hours because I have so much fun looking at everything. The clothes are kinda expensive but they are cute and the brands that target sells are worth the money because they are made out of good materials and last a long time. I could spend hours in the toys/electronic/music section. (Which are all by each other in most locations that I go to). They have many different choices of each and endless amounts of time spent just looking at them. Definitely recommend for anyone and everyone. read more

I like target but have never been in love because the one in my town sucks. Anyways was on holiday in LV last week and needed to kill some time because the hubby had to spend an hour plus at the Bass Pro shop. So I drop him off and make a left hoping something will pop up and low and behold a brand spanking new target! This place is big, clean and inviting. There was an extensive clearance section where I spent the majority of my time. I also like that there was a starbucks inside to get my caffeine fix since it was New Years eve and had to wake up before all the festivities. read more

I am very upset came in with the ad to purchase 2 items offer is on sale and you get $5 gift card. I asked the checker Theresa on check out number 4 how do I get the free $5 gift card. She said you don't. I requested an ad to show her the sale. She had one at the check-stand and then said I had to purchase what is in the picture. I said that picture is only for reference to the consumer but the fine print says root touch up. I asked her to call a manager. The manager a black lady with short hair who was totally clueless probably just filling in said it has to ring up $6.99 and this is ringing $6.89. I then said the sign is under this product can't you fix it? She said no. I then asked the cashier and manager to void the sale. Walked back pulled the tag off went to another checker it rang and flagged to scan a gift card. She then handed to me a $5 gift card. After I spent my $100 walked over to register 4 handed it to Teresa and said here it says $6.89 and free gift card. It would have been nice if you would have done your do diligence she then became confrontational and said I am not a manager. But hey I had to ask you 3 times to get one. Which was like pulling teeth. You didn't get that it doesn't have to be 4G like the pic. This checker Teresa She does not belong on the front lines. In the 10 years I've lived in the Southwest part of town, I've seen this Target becoming increasingly busier and busier. There are times where it's difficult to maneuver throughout the store, but that isn't their fault. The store is decent size, and matches the layout of several other stores, so I'm able to quickly get in and out with what I'm looking for. Despite the high volume of people, they move people through fairly quickly. They do their best to keep every possible lane open to keep the flow moving, even if it involves ringing people up at the jewelry counter. They also recently had self checkout spots installed, which are great for those of us picking up a few items. However, in regards to that, I would appreciate it more if the checkout supervisors would direct people with carts full of things to a full service line. It seems every other time I'm in there, there's someone holding up the line for 10 minutes because they try to ring their monthly grocery order at the self checkout... Overall, great service, and the store is always clean! read more

The employees at this Target seemed unusually friendly during my last visit. Two of them asked if they could help me find anything, the cashier was perky and personable, and the security guard offered to put my shopping cart back for me as I was walking out with my bags. Maybe I've gotten too used to poor customer service, no smiles, no eye contact, and mumbling from employees when shopping. But, yesterday's visit was refreshing. I wasn't the only one who seemed to enjoy this Target. There was a group of at least a dozen Japanese people standing outside and taking pictures in front of the Target sign. Not just one or two shots -- it was like a photoshoot with the group separating out into smaller groups and taking pictures with the sign, then finally taking one big group shot. read more

This store is the nicest Target in town, it is the only one with a Starbucks and has an extensive frozen and refridgerated foods section. It is very clean and has good customer service. The lines are never long and the store is well laid-out. It is easy to park in front of it as well and is one of the safer locations. read more

I was in last night Jan 2 at closing to purchase paper towels of course I left with a cart FILLED with stuff ...standard Target trip....I feel in Love with an end table that formally was $64 and it was on sale for 21 I only bought one I then went home unpacked set up my end table and realized you know what I should've gotten the second one so I went in first thing in the morning the following day January 3 and there was a gentleman named Mark working and he was amazing he did his best to help me find the other end tables but the department was took apart earlier in the day by his manager and all of the end tables were sold to one to customer but I was really blown away by his customer service looking and searching for the item...it wad not even his department. This is a good Target. It saves me the embarassment and relative horror of having to go to the closest Target in the opposite direction. This Target is massive. Like unusually massive. I haven't been since the advent of the exalted fresh section, but I'm sure it is fine. This Targets team members have been easy to work with, but I abhor the new (easy to use) customer service counter. What also is good about this target is it's prominence of being the anchor of a very relavent shopping center in a clean part of town. Ordered items online for in store pick up. Waited 3 hours after my order was confirmed only to get an email telling me that they were out of stock on the item I had already paid for. Asked for a refund and was told it takes 2-3 business days to get a refund. Yet it didn't take them 2-3 days to take it from my account. When you find yourself shopping at "Tarjay" more than Wal Mart then you know you have made it. Well I haven't really made it. We like to get a few items here rather than Wally World. The baby section is really good. the generic diapers are reasonably priced and comparable to the name brands if not better. It's also not as crazy here. There is almost a zen like atmosphere to these stores. Every has this calm as they are shopping. My only complaint the the carefully placed $1 section at the front of the store. My wife always gets trapped here! I patiently wait out side of section not to be sucked in to stuff I don't need to buy. Overall "Tarjay" is "Tarjay!" Cheers! read more

is it just me or this place has come to an end.. the old managers are far more better than what they have now.. first of all none of them knows their store coupon rule.. they are making so many excuses and new "rule" not to accept coupon.. none of the staff knows that they get reimburse for all the coupon they accept 3 times the value... i love this target. its a few minutes away from the house. the store is neat, clean, and service is great! i took my sister here during xmas week and we actually went in to ross. parking was easy. and there was hardly any line. im one of those impulse shoppers - i see a good deal, i cant say no. i enter target with the intention of buying toothpaste, and i leave with a few $5 movies, a tank top or cardigan, and no toothpaste. on this particular visit, we got exactly what we needed, and went straight for the register. but this time, i forgot to grab the bag! my sister grabbed the sodas we got, but i thought she grabbed the bags too. we realized it maybe an hour after we got home. we went back to target after we had dinner, and sure enough my items were in the bag and customer service. thank you target!!! read more

It's interesting because comparing this location to my local store, I'm really surprised at how different they are ... As far as what's stocked. The toy section was pitiful. I was hoping to buy a few birthday presents after traveling (the gifts were too big to pack and I didn't want to order online). The children's bedroom/bed set aisles were sad too - I couldn't find half of the things that my local store carried. So I didn't get to buy what I planned for, I'm sure the 3 year olds don't know any different but sure I was disappointed. read more

As a Target team member at a different location, I have to say this one has amazing customer service! Was going to use my Target Debit REDCard with my employee discount, but the REDCard wouldn't go through which means neither would my employee discount. The cashier called over a manager who quickly calculated how much discount I should have received and entered it in as a coupon, allowing me to use a different form of payment while still honoring my team member discount as well as the 5% off I would have gotten with the REDCard. The store is very clean and well-maintained, employees know what to do when there's an issue, there was an immediate response and resolution, and they really care about their customers. read more

tonight was my first time at this location. i ACCIDENTALLY didn't scan a fucking item in self checkout and (yes thank her for doing her job, BUT) the lady working sc BARGED over and was like YOU DIDNT SCAN THIS. mind you the stores busy as fuck. making it seem like, to everyone around, that i was trying to steal or something. I even thanked her for telling me and rescanned it and paid for everything... like my ORIGINAL INTENT... and when i went to walk out i said i'm sorry and thanked her again, and she replied; by what LOOKED like an eye roll and no answer. i am in no way a fucking thief and that just really pissed me off. i'm a kind and genuine person and i really didn't mean to just skip over an item. i put the code over the scanner and heard the beep i thought it scanned, but obviously it was the previous item. The way she reacted just made me feel like shit and made me not want to come back to this location lol.
