I been coming to this store for years. Never had a problem. I always look at my cart to see how much items I have. I am very much aware that if you have more 10 items you cannot self take out. There is a blond lady she has seem before so many times . I went thought the self serve and I had 10 items. She question me madam this lane is 10 or less. I said are you speaking to me she said yes. I have 10 items. I see that it looks like more. I said no I know how to count. Wow! What kind of service is this. I felt like a low class citizen. I was born and raised in miami. I think i will be heading to the target on 104 next to whole foods. There they treat you like human being. I go to this one because is closer to home. By the way this target is always empty. My absolute favorite Target to shop at! The store is always clean and stocked. When people can't find something at "their" Target, I'm sure to find it at "mine". The employees are always beyond helpful! I wish I knew her name, but I once did an entire purchase and did not select a coupon and she took her time to re-do the entire order with the circle rewards. I have done everything from pick up orders, to drive up orders, to deliveries and every order is always correct and done quickly. I love that this store has an Ulta too! My only complaint is that it doesn't have a Starbucks :( read more

Got a complete makeover sometime in 2023, but it's kinda hard to navigate compared to back then. They sadly got rid of the Pizza Hut to upscale the customer service counter and added a "Taste Of Target" self service snack bar area with a few self checkout stations and the slushy and soda machines have been moved there. The employees are friendly and they have a good selection of PopSockets and a small but decent selection of gaming keyboards. The PlayStation section was made a bit smaller and the kiosk doesn't work. If it's to run an errand, I recommend it. But if it's to get games or toys, then not really. the nearby Walmart, GameStop and Five Below has a wider selection. (The GameStop is in a mall with Five Below being in the same strip as the mall.) read more

I frequent this Target because it is the only close location. Given a choice, however, I would steer clear of this place. I actually worked for a Target store when I was in high school, and I feel like the employees at this location do not follow the "Target brand" that I was taught. Namely, check out at this store ALWAYS takes forever. As a result, I do not try to "experience" shopping at this store. I simply purchase items online and pick up at Guest Services. I hope this store is revamped sometime soon. read more

I'm sorry to report. It this place just keeps getting worse. I'm not even sure where to begin. I haven't been to this location in a while. First stop, restroom, gross. Smells and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. Went to get my kids a drink and there where flies. The return line was full so we decided to walk the store first. At check out, I was charged twice for an item, had to go to customer service regardless. The lady from the food area went to help customer service and therefore made the people at the food place ask if anyone was there. There is no organization at this place whatsoever. If I could give this place no stars I would. Two days ago with all this craziness of this virus going on my mom who's an older person and I went looking for toilet paper and paper towels, well we found some paper and some Clorox. So as I'm checking out at the self check out I had this employee tell me that I could only choose one either the paper towel or toilet paper, like really? And then I had an other employee tell the one that was already on top of me to check my bags because I had two Clorox well of course I'm going to have two one for my house and one for my moms house, so the let's call the employee that was on top of me Karen that's not her real name. So Karen took the second bleach I had and grab it like it was her she didn't want to let go Of it, so this person tells me I could do a separate transaction and once I'm doing the transaction for the paper towels and the Clorox Karen comes up to me and tells me that I can't pay with the same card like wtf. So I threw the paper on the floor since I had it in the cart and left with the little I had bought for my moms house. Thank god we went to other places and found somethings for mines and my moms house. Def not going to this crappy target ever again, I feel like they should have buy one of each toilet paper and paper towels and not be greedy with thing that aren't theirs like Karen did with the Clorox, by the way I hope she's enjoying it. read more

I was in dire need of baby clothes. I went to the front of store to ask for help to find all the cashiers huddled in a group speaking to each other and ignoring customers. I went to one of them, her name was Krystal. Extremely rude did not give me time of day. Krystal then pointed me to complete wrong direction of where I needed to go and told me to find it myself. Extremely rude and unprofessional I will never shop at target again because of this lady. read more

Certainly my go-to Target because it's the closest one to my home. There is plenty of parking and is also used as the local park and ride. Overall, it's really clean and organized. I'd cut off the person making the popcorn because they always burn it when I happen to be there. The worst. The downside is that there is always a shortage of available registers open. It could be a Saturday afternoon and they only have 2-3 registers open. read more

My Target! I'm usually here AT LEAST once a week. AT LEAST. Diapers? Check! Formula? Check! Milk? Check! Last minute clothes cause mommy forgot it was Thanksgiving last year? Check! To start Elizabeth whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with before was at the customers service station today. She is incredible and her customer service is always 1000% on point. As you can imagine target was packed today so I literally had a basket with my stuff. I decided to go thru the customer service cashier and I had a little over 10 things. The customer service at the Target in Cutler Ridge, FL needs to improve. None of the employees are helpful. Also, they have two separate lines for returns and order pick ups, but there is no signs to distinguish that. Also, I placed an order online, because they would not honor the sale price while I had the package in my hand. There was only two left and the package I picked up from the aisle was not dented. The customer service lady advised that I would have to wait. I patiently waited at the store for two hours for the customer service lady to bring me a box from the back storage area that was dented. It's a gift and I don't Wish to give a dented gift that sells for $100. I went back myself to pickup the original package that I had and the lady who gave me the package made me stand in line for the 3rd time. I am not happy and I'm not one to complain. I will not be returning to this Target anymore. I would rather go to Amazon, Walmart or any other Target if I must. read more

Love the $ section for cute items all year round. This place is a one-stop shop for all your needs at bargain prices. They carry organic products which I appreciate! Chances are you'll find whatever you need at Target. I also love their Baby Registry. You get a cute gift bag with baby items, a $20 gift certificate and a 10% off completion coupon. Make sure you talk to the manager on site if needed, I had some trouble with them taking my completion coupon after a purchase I had made. Overall, I'm a fan! read more

I love target but had the worst experience here. I came for a pickup of an already paid item. It's took over 30 minutes to grab my item and then it wasn't the entire thing. Then I had to wait ANOTHER 30 for this. That was a bit annoying but not the big deal. The only man in the "guest service " counter was the most obnoxious. He bothered the girls that were actually working. Complained about doing simple task. Spoke loudly and rudely to the girls. Also bragged about doing what he wants and how he's "got it like that"! Not very happy with the managers this store has, John in particular. I called this store this morning looking for the new sun and moon ultra prism Pokémon cards. The First Lady who answered, told me to come on in and take a look, seriously??? She then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. His name was John and I explained to me what the file before me told me. He said he would look for the cards, as he has me on the phone he says " I only see sun and moon: crimson invasion, and sun and moon guardians rising, I don't see any ultra prism cards. I thanked him and hung up the phone. My family and I then decided to drive their anyway because we needed a few things. When we arrived, my son ran right to the Pokémon cards and I told him to just come with Mom and Dad, because I called and was told they did not have them. Well, they had a ton of the new ultra Pokémon sun and moon ultra prism cards. I was shocked!! When I asked to speak to John, I was told he had left for the day. I believe this manager didn't even look and did not care about the customer one bit. No wonder most people are starting to shop on line more and more everyday. This guy was very unprofessional. What can you say about Target? I love Target. This location isn't the best that I've been to, but it's the closest, so it gets my business. My biggest complaint is that it's always a Hot Mess, particularly the shoe section. Good luck trying to find shoes that are 1) in the right box, 2) actually two of the same size, or 3) in your size at all. Unfortunately, they need someone to man the shoe section, as patrons obviously cannot be bothered to replace the shoes they don't want back where they found them. Yes, I know this is difficult to do. Besides that, though, this store is pretty good, as evidenced by the fact that I can't leave the building without spending at least $100. I first went to Target back in the early 90's in Texas. I always asked myself why the hell there weren't any in Miami. Until finally Target arrived to south Florida. Target is a Walmart only better.
