I have numbers of outdated 3C products from years ago and no place to discard them, because I know they are toxic to the environment if we just simply throw them away and let them end up in our soil. It's crowed with stuff, packed isle and disorganized. Feels like stepping into a dollar store or Walmart. Except the two aforementioned have people to help you out, here no one helped or ask. They saw, but indifferently walked away. And I saw a lot of red shirts. One lady seemed to be bothered when I asked for help. Man---The parking lot looks HIDEOUS. Trash everywhere. Literally filled with trash. No joke, I have no positive experience here. Disappointing because this place was classy, clean and enjoyable (at minimum) to shop in. Theres not enough workers here. It is really hard to get help. The food is low stocked and the self checkout machines are not real machines, they're makeshift register lanes. This store also does not play music, so it's silent and you can hear everyone's conversations and all the kids crying. read more

I used the online service from this store because I thought it would be convenient. I ordered two pairs of jeans the same size. They were delivered pretty quickly and I didn't think anything of it. Even tipped the driver $10. One of the jeans was the wrong size. This was all I ordered. How did they mess this up? Now it has become very inconvenient. Went to Target at Middletown yesterday. Got my stuffs and head to the cashier. The store shutdown the express cashier lane but instead introduced 4 self-checkouts cash registers. The line is long. Apparently the normal cashier lane were moving faster. If the store encourages self checkouts, they should think off adding more self cash registers. This store obviously is having issues with finding enough part time employees that are actually willing to work a job instead of cashing their COVID check and sitting on the couch. If you're not in and out by 10 or 11AM on a Saturday, forget it. The shelves have been picked clean and no one restocks them. My wife went today again in hope she'd be able to pick up a few simple things but it was not to be. No decent quality paper napkins. Empty shelves. They were even completely out of dental floss. Wife had a return today at Target in Middletown NJ earlier today, a very rude customer was calling the customer service reps names and yelling at them like they were below her, when a manager came over, her name was either Leslie or Lindsey not really sure , anyway when the lady called the customer reps a bi**h and the rep said she has been calling them that the whole time , the manager turned around and started screaming at the employee, telling her to shut up and do her job, embarrassing her infront of customers, 2 people that were waiting in line interrupted and said reps did absolutely nothing wrong, Leslie or Lindsey just ignored them and continued to make this poor employee look stupid. I felt embarrassed. To the reps if you happen to see this , you deserve so much better and to Leslie or Lindsey you should be ashamed of yourself, I will be taking my shopping somewhere else and my wife couldn't agree more, we will be telling friends and family to do the same. I really don't think I would be able to survive without Target. Parking lot is a nightmare, and people walk whereever the EFF they feel like it, and same goes for the cars as well. Most of the time I can find what a need, and it is always reasonably priced, but Viviana M. is right - a lot of times whatever I come to get is out of stock, especially in the makeup aisle. This is worst location in this country, there employees are racial, if you aren't white don't go here they will let you know you don't belong there. The customer service is horrible the employees huddle in groups talking, when you ask them for assistance they look at you as if your are bothering them. The electronics department is a joke, there a blonde haired employee, I've spoken to this person twice, every time i ask him a question he responds with I don't know, then why do you a have job here, but know nothing about your department? I went here on Saturday October 9th the entire electronics department, there were 6 of them standing around doing nothing but talking, I asked one them a question, and the older guy that was there pretty much dismissed me as if I was bothering the group of employees, he was talking to the 3 white people in front of me nicely, greeted them, ask them other questions, he was friendly and talkative. But when I got to the counter his demeanor and attitude changed, first of all he didn't have a mask on, there's a sign on this locations door for customers to wear a mask, if the rule applies to customers it should be applied to your employees as well. This employee was rude as well as the rest of them, I ask 1 question, and pretty got told to go away. This target location needs to get hit with mystery shoppers and a lot of employees terminated, when they do this location for mystery shopping, I hope they send me the request to go to this location, I'm going with a body camera and everything will be documented past and present, it will be a ten page report with names and incidents. In general, the employees have always been great and I have never had an issue. I have to say though, Hopkins was overly AMAZING. He's a standout employee. I recently ordered supplies from the target online service. part of the order was delivered .One shipment was damaged . UPS posted straight away on their site that the supplies were returned to target. I expected Target to simply replace them and inform me of a pushed back delivery date .No no no... They did not even communicate that they will not be replacing the stuff.The staff on the online chat was very polite and tried to help but all he could tell me was that there was a glitch with the refund and that he/she will be reprocessing it as we chatted. Today, I saw an item 'On Sale' at the Target website, but when I got to the store they said it was not on sale. Never did find an employee, so I went to the front desk. They were crabby (as usual). Went to the Target store in Middletown and not one EE was wearing mask nor gloves. Ok, there is none available to them. So why dont the registers have plexi glass windows between the cashiers and the customers ? The floor in front of the registers have red labels on the floor to indicate where to stand for the social distancing. But you still have customers walking in and instead of them being directed to walk straight down the aisle when they come in, they turn left and walk along all the customers standing in line 6ft apart. How is that social distancing ? The self check out registers. They are not 6FT apart. Every one of them is occupied and the EE whos watching this area is walking next to them. Target does not show enough care for there EE's. Having a few red labels on the floor near the registers is NOT enough and isnt working. Only the food department is a necessity, not the other stuff in the store which people can order on line. You need to figure out how to make one way asiles. read more

I went online to look for a file cabinet and the one I picked out was actually available at this store to be picked up. I placed the order and chose this location to pick up it up. Within a half hour I received the email that the item was ready for pick up. In less then an hour I already had it at home after ordering it. I went to the customer service counter. The staff was very helpful and had the file cabinet brought up to the front and was waiting for me after I made other purchases. I love how this store now has a mini grocery store on the one side. Instead of having to go to the grocery store my husband and I were able to just make one trip that night and get some grocery items we needed for the week. Anything that makes food shopping easier for me I love. I was able to get the household items I needed as well as get the grocery list covered. It a very nice clean store and fully stocked. I am never disappointed when going here. read more

I find everything in stock fine and the food is even good at good prices. If I have to complain, it's the parking lot. Half the people disregard the no right turn (which is there to protect the customers entering and leaving the store with carts), it's always got litter in it, and my purse was "lost" in the lot and never returned. Inside is clean and friendly and I like it. Just wish they'd stop the jerks turning right and others from parking in front of the doors. read more

I stated to her I didn't know how to work the photo machine and she was annoyed with me and she said to me to read the directions and she walked away.
