Choosing to work with her has truly been one of the most transformative decisions I've made for myself this year. From the moment I met Jennifer, any nervousness I had melted away. She radiates warmth and made me feel instantly welcomed and at ease. I knew right then I had made the right choice. During our first session, I shared that I was struggling with stress, overwhelm, and difficulty staying focused and present. Not long into the session, Jennifer asked if I'd been experiencing back pain--something I had completely forgotten to mention, but had indeed been dealing with. (I asked for drum circles, full and new moon ceremonies, ecstatic dance, hiking, disc golf, etc-at this location they do the first half of that list!) This will be my new permanent hangout and I just can't say enough good things about the people who own this place (Rachael and E), such amazing vibes, definitely my new soul family. They not only have amazing local products but they do not take a cut so the artists make 100% of what they sell a product for. They have a free young adult class to help those who struggle with mental health issues. They do all kinds of events all the time! (see photos) They have a tea/cacao bar occasionally too! While I was there some kids came in asking to see if the building (The Community Center) had a food pantry and since this tends to happen often enough, the owners started collecting canned goods and were able to give the kids a whole boxful right on the spot. When people talk a good talk, they often don't walk the walk. I would bet my life that these people never even attempt to talk the talk and that is because they are genuine human beings who live the walk.
