We drove around the city, looking for an auto repair shop. GD auto was only place which was opened on Good Friday. I walked into the shop and explained the situation, the owner was very helpful and checked our car right away even though they were busy. The owner and staff made sure that the car is safe enough to drive for our rest of trip, and didn't charge us anything. Truly kind-hearted person, they deserve more businesses. Turns out I had a nail in my tire, he patch that and the light is now gone Today was busy day for them, but they still got me in an hour before close and had me out before the shop closed! $75 to change my tires over for winter. I had my car in for oil change and was told oil got changed and while I was driving to Victoria the car was making knocking sounds and it seems to not have any oil and before I got to Mill Bay my engine seized and he took zero responsibility. And now two years after I am trying to sell the car and it seems that the rotor and brakes that he replaced he forget to replace one bolt in and it has caused me to have to replace an entire rotor caliper and brake assembly.
