So I brought my little travel Webster manual typewriter up to their shop in Niagara Falls. They were extremely helpful when I called and then also when I stopped in person. They gave clear explanations about what the options might be and about the costs. Nate himself came out and chatted with me about the repairs and explained that past a certain point it wouldn't make sense to fix it. In the end he was able to make the repairs and the price he charged was very reasonable. I really appreciated the high level of professionalism, as well as how pleasant everyone was when I stopped in for drop off and pickup. I haven't used them for any other services but based on the experience that I have, I would recommend giving them a try.
