I asked for some additional branches to come off of a tree they had already completed and they had no problem with climbing back up and doing it. One of the guys jumped up on the roof and swept off any leaves and sticks. Even cleaned out a gutter. You would never know they were even here. They left everything immaculate. No chips, leaves, sticks or branches left behind. I can not say enough regarding how incredibly happy we are with their work. Very friendly workers and business owner. Top notch service. I had been hounding my landlord for years to clean up the property, thinking it was affecting mine and my neighbors business. At first I was upset this would cost me money, but realized this was a blessing in disguise as I now had full control over the most important marketing for a barbershop, a beautiful and welcoming entrance for old and new customers. I can't say enough about them. They show up when they are supposed to show up, or they call you, if they are delayed to the weather or some other reason. I have a real issue when someone tells me they are coming and then don't show up. One of my pet peeves. I've never had this happen with Anthony and their work is meticulous and prices reasonable. They clean up after themselves and these guys never stop working. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Was told they would be there 8:00 am, and the trucks arrived at 8:00am. As the customer, that was the start of a good experience. They removed 4 large dead trees and trimmed either 12 or 13 more. They removed all the debris. The chipper was going for about 10 hours. At the end they raked and cleaned up. Looks so much better then when they started. Glad to have chosen them. Hope that no more trees die on my property, but if they do - will be using them again.

We signed a contract for $5k of work and paid a $500 deposit by check. The initial part of the…read moreproject was to remove two large hardwood trees and trim a pine tree, cut stumps to ground level, and cut all trees up into 16-18" lengths. We were responsible for picking up the pieces and splitting the wood. The second part of the project was to clear brush from about 0.5 acres. Like others, the quoting process was quick and cordial as the owner (Keith) and I had a beer on my porch. Like others, it then took numerous calls and 2.5 months for them to show up and begin work. The work was done piecemeal and numerous calls have been required. Finally, the trees were taken down to 3 ft stumps and some pieces of the tree were as long as 5 ft. At that point he demanded $1500 cash for the tree work with the $500 deposit still set aside for the brush clearing. I was not home at the time and another family member gave him the $1500 cash so he now had $2000 in total. We have called numerous times since then and Keith has returned some of those calls. We are now more than 4 months from the time we signed the contract. The stumps and uncut wood remain, the tree needs to be trimmed, and the brush clearing has not been started. We have asked for him to complete the tree work and return our $500 deposit for the brush clearing. He has done neither as of yet.
