We walked in just at the restaurant's afternoon closing time. The hours posted on Yelp are incorrect. A common problem with Yelp. Anway, the owner said his wife was about to leave for the afternoon, but if we would hurry with our selection, she would gladly prepare our meals. Pineapple fried rice for my wife with seafood $19.49 and Basil Stir fry for me with chicken add a couple of fried eggs $15.99. Both absolutely superb, excellent, delicious meals. Generous plates of food. The flavors and freshness, amazing. The pictures tell the story. Even though it was well after closing, the friendly owner cheerfully kept us company with conversation as we finished our meals. The restaurant is clean and has a cozy comfortable ambiance from the old building it occupies. Parking is very limited. Park across the street. Great food and super friendly owners. Enormous menu.

Simply delicious! They were able to accommodate my egg, dairy and shellfish allergy. The food was served quickly and yet it was extremely fresh!

Most dishes have a gluten free option (usually, this is just using a gluten free soy sauce and fish sauce). They told me most dishes are served hot, and their spice level ranges from low, medium, hot, and native hot. I'm normally 4 or 5 on a 5 point heat scale, but hadn't been feeling great, the past week, so I opted for hot. I should have gone for native hot. I had green curry with a mix of chicken and pork. Shrimp and tofu are both options, but I didn't see beef. Vegetables were fresh and just done. The rice was perfect. The broth was a bit heavier on soy sauce and fish sauce and bit lighter on coconut milk than I'm used to, but it was really good. I also had the Thai tea (they have Thai coffee, too), and it was sweet and heavy with spices. Very good. I visited while traveling, and I will definitely come back, if I can. They close early, and they aren't open on Sundays. Probably great for locals, but not so great for people traveling and eating late.

I traveled through this town and found this Thai restaurant. Customer service was great and of course the food was so yummy and authentic. Everything I ordered was homemade. I recommended everyone to try this restaurant, the owner is the chef so you know how much she cares about what's on your plates.

Came in here while visiting family and was so impressed. The fact that almost everything on the menu can (with no problem) be vegan-ized is so nice to see. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to every need. We will definitely be back again and again.

Thai Curry - Downtown (Fort Smith)…read more Have you experienced Thai hospitality before? Both portions were extremely generous, not to mention... OMG, SO DELICIOUS!!! I've come to restaurants before where hardly any customers were inside. Usually, restaurants will throw something quickly, without much quality or care. Not here. Let me start by saying as someone who's been to Thailand several times, and experienced firsthand Thai happy and friendly culture. "Thai Curry," Restaurant made me feel like I'm back in Thailand. The young lady that helped me pick out menu items was so kind and her smile reminded me of Thai smile. With Thai people you can usually spike up an easy conversation and that's what this young pretty lady and I did. She recommended me, "Larb Chicken" - Finely sliced choice of meat tossed with ground roasted rice, fresh lime juice and Thai seasoning served on a bed of fresh lettuce. Every bite tasted fresh and of high quality ingredients. Since I was really hungry and excited for authentic Thai cuisine, I asked for Appetizer recommendations, as well. Young lady suggested, "Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna." As I used my fork to cut into each piece, it was tender, well seasoned and oh so delicious. Both portions were extremely generous, not to mention... OMG, SO DELICIOUS!!! In fact, my Appetizer alone, was such a large portion I couldn't finish all of my main course. Ahi Tuna has so much protein, 25+ grams that next time I visit, I can order just Ahi Tuna. Overall, I really did have a wonderful experience. I would say the exterior building may throw some people off to thinking it's a junky place, but give them a try. You may be surprised how good their Thai Customer Service is and how much of high quality cuisine you're getting here. Prices are surprisingly reasonable here. I'm looking forward to making another business trip to Fort Smith and use "Thai Curry," Restaurant as an excuse to come back.

They have a variety on their menu! Back in Texas I've always wanted to try Papaya Salad luckily I got to try it here for the first time. My plate consisted of papaya salad, wings, and sticky rice. Wings cooked to perfection, great crunch simple no sauce mixed in. I dipped the wings in a chili not spicy whatsoever. The papaya salad you had the option to choose the Lao or Thai style: I went with the Lao style which had shrimp paste a little more pungent. Loved it, it was refreshing and spicy to my likings. I was able to choose how many peppers to add. Two peppers were enough for me, not crazy spicy just enough for me. Definitely worth for what you pay for because there portions were HUGE. Volcano chicken was great, not too spicy and had a sauce with different chilies. The Pad Kee Mao had so much flavor to it. I ordered a combination which had chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp. Loved the thick noodles, bunch of veggies to which is a great balance. Topped it off with some sriracha for some extra kick. Overall, I could tell this place made the food with love. Our waitress was super nice and helpful! In the future once I'm back in this area I'd love to try more off their menu.

Bright, freshly made, a noticeable egg yok flavor, smooth, filled with strands of egg white. Big crispy wonton strips on the side provide a satisfying crunch. Mouthwatering deliciousness! I got the Orange Chicken lunch special. A plate full of fried chicken breast chunks, bathed in sauce that was orange in color and very orange in flavor. Fried rice and a good egg roll. It was great. My wife got the winning meal; Ultimate Fried Rice. And Ultimate it was. Fried rice with big shrimp, chicken, beef and pork. I tasted of each of the meats. The beef and the pork were my favorites. My wife liked the shrimp. I thought the beef was delicious. Very nice lean cuts of beef, with a flavor like home made pot roast. The pork was of equal quality. The Ultimate Fried Rice is recommended. Ft Smith has many fine Asian restaurants. Asian Kitchen Express was recognized a few years ago as one of the top Asian carry out restaurants. Whether you eat in or grab food to go from this very small shop, it is one of the best in Ft Smith. Friendly service and great food.
