Me and a few friends ordered from here one of them was a vegetarian. my brother who was the veggie opened his spring rolls and found a bone inside it!!! also the squid was rubbery and two hairs were found in two different dishes. Upon calling this so called business, the manager screamed and shouted and demanded we brought back the food as she wud nt send her delivery guy. So we took food dwn there (which is poor service skills!) and she opened every box inspecting them. We asked fr a refund but she did nt want to do this and explained that her spring rolls were nt made at restaurant but were manufactured and brought in but still, being veggie spring rolls thy shud nt have a bone right? well apparently this was nt her problem! After much argument she drew our money out of the till and threw it accross the take away and told us neva to order frm them again and believe me i wnt crap food crap service!!! read more
