I agree with her 100%. The only thing I will add to her review is this school is negligent in supervising of the children. Especially on the playground. We were treated inappropriately and then our child was removed from the program, while our other child was on the waiting list for 8 months and was told they would have a spot after he/she was born. At the last minute, we were told that our second child did not have a spot because of a long waiting list and because I was taking 12 weeks maternity leave and that was the reason. This situation left me with a newborn, a two year-old and no daycare at the last minute. When we asked the owner what we are supposed to do for child care her response was "you have child care, you are on maternity leave for 3 months." I want only the best for my kids and this was not the place for my family. The turnover with staff is beyond anything I have ever seen...and should be considered a red flag. One of MCA's best employee/teacher was treated so bad/unfairly and disagreed with how we were treated that she left. My advice is do your research and if you have any reservations...look elsewhere!

So, if school is closed for in-service or a holiday, like president's day, the day care is also closed. This is a total inconvenience for those in careers that do not close for all federal holidays and school in-service. Also, your day care fees are not reduced those weeks that are shortened due to their decision to close. Not only do you have to pay full price for the day they choose to close, but you also have to find supplemental care that could be an added cost, or lose hourly pay if you have to stay home with your child.

I went here with a large group on what looked like a busy night. One of my family members has made several awesome things here. We had a great time (except for a portion of our party who was having a hard time for unrelated reasons, which was embarrassingly taken out on the staff who, ill say, handled it all very well - I wish I could have apologized + thanked them in person). They were exceptionally kind to me despite my hangriness and stayed positive throughout the hours of the evening - even overtime. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful.
