I visited Tattoo Dynasty on 9/19 to get a tattoo by Brennan. I had messaged him the week prior to determine his availability and share my tattoo idea. He was super responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Upon arrival, the lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. She got the paperwork out of the way quickly. Brennan came and sat in the lobby with me to sort out what design I wanted and was patient with me as I made a couple changes to it. Once we settled on the final design, we went back to his station. I got a small floral tattoo on the outside of my left wrist. I chose the forget me not flower as it is the state flower of Alaska and Alaska was my 50th state I visited in June. I wanted to get the tattoo IN Alaska but that did not work out. I am glad I waited until I was home because I am super satisfied. My tattoo did not take long and Brennan did a great job. My tattoo came out better than I was hoping for! The shop is clean, sanitary and has some funky décor throughout the place. This way my second tattoo here by different artists. I was happy with both. My husband has half his body done by Ray and I am sure will be back for more at some point! I highly recommend this shop and will totally be back for more in the future. read more

It's hard to find places that will pierce or tattoo minors without photo ID of the minor. My daughter wanted her second earlobe piercings and most places I called wanted my ID and her birth certificate (valid), but also a photo ID for her. She doesn't have a photo ID since her school doesn't give them out and she's not quite old enough for her temporary license. Anyways, I was happy this place only needed my ID and her birth certificate. We came here on a Tuesday as a walk in and were seen within 15 minutes. The piercer was super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable. She made sure the piercings were perfectly placed. The only reason I took 1 star away is because they are cash only and don't accept cash app or similar payment methods. I never have cash so had I known that before I went, I wouldn't have had to go across the street to royal farms for the atm. But aside from that it was a good experience. read more

J*nn was my daughter's stylist at the time. My daughter came into the shop around spring break to get several piercings done during different occasions. Every encounter with Jenn was very professional at the time while we were there. On 12/11/24 @ 2:45am she became very unprofessional while being asked for her Christmas eve promotions. Although she was contacted after working hours the customer is always right. And this situation could of been handled very differently on her end. Profanity, disrespect and name calling will not be tolerated from her nor her profession. J*nn had several choices to choose from during the time she received the message. She could of texted me back and simply stated that she'll contact me the next business day or not said anything at all. But instead she chose to be VERY TARGETING WITH HER WORDS/DEMEANOR AND ACTIONS. This is a problem when you text a past customer for 30 minutes straight while trying to verbally bully them while online. AS A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH TATTOO DYNASTY/ J*nn (The Stylist) AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE A STYLIST REPRESENTING THEIR SHOP IN THAT MANNER! I feel is though she would've kept texting me if I never stated I'm being harassed. Clearly she was looking for someone to argue with and attack. This is insane on her part and she should no longer be working there or she should be accountable for her actions. went in for discount piercings, which i believe are on tuesdays - i was unclear about what i wanted pierced (i had one lobe piercing already, wanted another on top) and the lady re-pierced the holes i already had. when i explained i miscommunicated, she apologized and gave me the piercings i originally wanted for free! super friendly, good atmosphere, great prices ($25 per, so $50 total) and they healed great! my friend got a cartilage piercing and hers turned out great too! super excited to come back again and get my tongue and industrial, would highly recommend! read more

i find tattoo dynasty to be unprofessional and rude. The new piercer is obviously inexperienced. she stuck the needle halfway through and decided to pull it back out and SHOVE it through with absolutely no warning or hesitation. The bar she used is incredibly long. Yes, Longer bars are used at first for swelling, but this sticks out of my face by half an inch. its been almost 4 weeks and the piercing is still raw and inflamed. (Yes ive been cleaning it. I have numerous piercings done at dynasty and never had an issue with them until this new piercer.) trying to schedule a tattoo is nearly impossible. When i was finally able to get an appointment, the artist canceled on me at 2am the night beforehand And told me to come in on another day. however, He never responded to me about the rescheduling and i ended up coming in when he wasn't even working in the shop that day. Even though he had asked me to reschedule for that day. I keep trying to give Dynasty another chance. The artists are crazy talented. But I can't make excuses for the new piercer or the lack of professionality of the shop workers. read more

I was very loyal to my piercer back home but just couldn't wait til I was in Georgia to get some new metal. A coworker mentioned $20 Tuesday's so I decided to try it out. I got my nostril and septum($30) done in about 10 minutes. Jenn was awesome, she made me very comfortable and like I was just hanging out with a friend. I got my nose pierced and it bled an abnormal amount for 30 minutes after. a week later I had to get it removed due to infection and rejection of the metal. My teeth ached and everything tasted like metal. Piercer didn't check to see if I liked the location of the hole either. Very rushed. Don't go here for 25$ piercing on Tuesday's. read more

Went to get a half sleeve, was charged $100/hr had 6 5hour sessions and stopped going because the artist took so damn long. Always stopping for smoke breaks and dealing with his gf on the phone. We called before we drove an hour to get piercings (recommended by a friend) and when we arrived, one of the employees said very casually "no more piercings today". The Facebook page wasn't updated to say the girl performing the piercing was gone. We checked because we didn't want to drive all the way up there only to not get what we wanted. Also, the female at the front sucked her teeth when I explained that we drove an hour and spoke with someone to confirm. This is no way to run a business. Customers shouldn't be inconvenienced especially when the business makes last minute changes and not inform the customer. Highly don't recommend coming here for any type of service because the customer isn't the priority. read more

My sister and I went here on Tuesday for the first time ever to get my nose pierced. I walk in and they immediately took my sister and I, and we were in and out. However both me and my sister felt that the piercer was kind of rough and didn't really pay attention to where she was placing our piercing but more of just getting it done quickly. $20 TUESDAY for piercings, jewelry included! Such a great deal. The place was hoppin', full of people waiting to the get holes in their body, but the wait wasn't awful (about 25 minutes). I went for a nose piercing. When you first arrive, you tell the guy at the desk what you're there for, sign some papers, and pay for it up front. Then you wait. When I was finally brought into the back, a lady (no idea what her name was) who was super brisk but friendly sat me down and made me feel pretty comfortable. She right away took out a pen and dotted my nose, and it was all very rushed. That is my only complaint. There was very little explanation or questions asked, she just went for it. I think she felt rushed by all the other girls waiting in the shop, but STILL. Paying customer over here. On the other hand, it was pretty nice that she went so fast because my brain didn't process the pain and I didn't have to sit there analyzing whether I was ruining my whole face or not. The pain was NOT bad, and I didn't bleed at all. It was a sharp pinch, then nothing really. Just a super lowkey throbbing. Totally tolerable. I wish that the lady had been more thorough and patient, especially when giving me care instructions. She handed me a paper and I barely had any time to ask what any of the numbers or letters meant. She was, however, super bubbly and kind and comforting, so I don't have much to complain about. Overall, a pretty good experience. Recommend for nose piercings. JUST DO IT. read more

Quick update to my last review. I had 20 dollar piercings done here. The person who did it pierced my navel incorrectly and I had to remove it recently. :( 20 dollars is a great price but I would rather pay more to have a quality piercing that I never have to mess with again. read more

My artist Nick was very accommodating. He fit me in at the last minute and totally listened to what I wanted for my art. While tattooing, he kept checking in on me to make sure I was alright with the pain/pressure. His art was super cute and his price was very reasonable. Note - they are a cash only establishment.
