Located near the cathedral, it's a must find place for the culinary explorer. Special mention to the melanzane (eggplant) which is locally grown and you've probably passed fields of this versatile Puglian vegetable on your drive in. The flavor of my spaghettone was delicious but the pasta was a bit molto al denté...the bite was a bit harder and stiffer than Al denté. It was delicious but I had a slight issue finishing the dish. My friend on the other hand, had a wonderful dish with perfectly Al denté pasta. I would try it again because it could have just been a one off plate.
