I find it interesting that Mr. Heinkel tries to defend himself. My accountant will be happy to back up my version, regardless, the sad fact is had I gone to Buchalter Law Group on Merritt Island, where I ultimately ended up to declare bankruptcy for my business (too many legal fees), I would already be done with The IRS. But by delaying things 2 years we have another 2-3 years until it is done and done. I have forgiven Mr. Heinkel for misleading me, and maybe he, as another Complainant states had had too much to drink and does not recall it correctly. If he has truly put on weight and is smoking I will pray for his health and well being. The TRUE story. The true story is there are 3 witnesses to him quoting a fixed fee to do the work. Lawyers have a reputation for being dishonest, and the fact that they ade the laws such that they can lie in their arguments, slander the opposition to their heart's content with no fear of retribution, shows why the majority of lawyers will never be able to be believed, even with a written contract. Big mistake! Cost me more, I did everything he told me to do in the appropriate time frame, and waited for the schedule he said would be forthcoming. Stressed out throughly, and waiting....Months later, still waiting got a reply from IRS, not schedule. Contacted him, no reply, contacted again, no reply, so I called him. His advise....after discussing how much I could pay more, and then said, "you get $10000/month alimony."...WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THAT COME FROM! He was totally confused, I wish I got 10k a month. He hung me out to dry, I owe more because of his advice. Had to remind him many times he was looking at the wrong documents, despite sending him everything 2 days earlier!
