Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. It starts out with the first contact - the group set a schedule and kept the appointment. The intake call was easy to understand and I walked away with my next steps.
