The lady "Rose" after THREE tries could not get the name in the documents correct (neither the first nor last name- and the names were provided by email so this is not a case of not hearing them correctly). Her instructions for remitting payment were indecipherable, even after requests for clarification. At one point, I had to seriously question whether she was trolling us on purpose. After the final communication in which she declined to correct the names in the document (misspelled for the THIRD TIME) claiming that the underwriting carrier would correct it- we decided to go with someone else. ANYONE ELSE.
