Definitely a different level of amenities between the Austrian station at Innsbruck…read more While I was travelling to Fortezza, I could see a difference in station amenities- some didn't have elevators or appeared to not have amenities as staff were helping moms move their baby carriers. The Fortezza station has elevators taking you on each side of the tracks- there are washrooms and ticket kiosk are inside behind doors. I remember when I was at Brenner- had to walk the corner to find the kiosk (so don't take the stairs...check). It was difficult to explore Fortezza with luggage so I simply jumped the next train to the next destination.
