With help from our hotel concierge, the taxi company was contacted. The driver's shift had ended, so Hypra sent someone else to retrieve my phone and hand-deliver it to me at my hotel with no charge. Amazing. That really saved me from a significant hassle during travel of replacing the phone and restoring all the contacts, photos, etc. I am very happy with their timely and personal response to my phone crisis.

Instead of a bill, he only gave me a business card on which he wrote the price I payed. The price was higher than I usually payed with other taxi companies for the same trip.
