I was tested for allergies and had the results in 20 minutes. Not knowing much about allergies and asthma, Dr. Pinna was very informative about my treatment plan and the prescriptions that I would need. Sadly, I took a walk up in the local hills (which Dr. Pinna strongly advised against) and I suffered a severe asthma attack. I had to go to emergency. When Dr. Pinna heard of this, he immediately added other medicines to my current treatment plan. I must say, after the additions made to my treatment plan, I was feeling so much better that very night! The office runs so smoothly and efficiently. It was music to my ears when Dr. Pinna told me "We are going to give you your life back". That was so refreshing to hear, because I have not been feeling well all year long prior to seeing Dr. Pinna. When I was in the emergency room that one day, all of the hospital employees knew of Dr. Pinna, and they assured me of the excellent quality care I would receive with Dr. Pinna. He had a plan, ordered labs and made me feel like he was confident in the direction we need to go. That was comforting since I have no idea. She was knowledgeable, empowered (no, "let me check with the doctor and get back to you") and they had an appointment available in less than two hours from when I called. The address is wrong on Yelp. It's at 555 S. Sunset Dr. now. I tried to correct it, we'll see if it takes. The office is warm and light, there are two aquariums which are kind of relaxing. Dr. Tyler was friendly, jovial, warm and thorough. The cool thing about this office is you tell them what works for you, not like some chiropractors who will try to convince you that what you need is what they sell/do. I like deep, thorough hands-on work which is what I got. If you want gentle, they have that too. I felt SO much better when I walked out (headache gone in time for lunch!). As it turns out he got me in 4 hours before my scheduled time which was great. He took some X-rays and explained the issues I had. He took the time to go over what I needed to do to help my back.
