He and a partner showed up to my house, did a professional and polite walkthrough, set the tone and expectations for what was to come, what I should do and what I could do. We went through some wild rides, with the first seller failing to obtain funds (no fault of theirs), and for the next steps beyond which was no easy feat as I was out of the country at the time (Honeymoon in Ireland). The showing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, between 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Shortly before 7 p.m., I received a message from the third-party listing service indicating that the realtor was trying to contact me. I then contacted the phone number provided in the message. When she answered the phone, in an erratic manner, she simply stated that she would call back. She never called back, nor did she show up for the appointment. It seems very clear that when she realized that I am not a fifth-grade extortionist realtor (I am an engineer and the owner of the listed property), she simply decided not to show up. It seems that this individual has no sense of human respect and decency.
