My wife's procedure was pretty common--she's had it done multiple times--and Dr. Ragley's attempt was by far the most ineffective that I've seen. Secondly, when we set up the appointment we asked how much it would cost and the receptionist gave us an estimate. However, upon receiving the bill the fee was nowhere close to the estimated price. When I called for an explanation on the bill I was told that office visit fee prices were arbitrary. Awesome. I don't usually leave online reviews, but I felt this experience deserved to be shared and I would have wanted to know about this prior to my experience with Dr. Ragley. If you decide on Dr. Ragley I really hope that you have a good experience, but if you are like me and read reviews on doctors before going there, realize that you could be in for a regrettable waste of money.

I went to my appointment with the thought of removing the toenail, as per all the previous doctors I had shown it to - NP, PCP and even Dermatologists and he made me feel at ease and told me not to worry, and that we will work on it with his treatment (so practical and easy to follow) to eradicate the issue. I went to my primary care physician and another podiatrist and received unsatisfactory recommendations. I was then referred to Dr. Roith and immediately appreciated the way he looked for and addressed the "root cause" of my foot pain and developed a surgical plan accordingly, as a final resort. That foot surgery was nothing short of life-changing. Now in my twenties, I am living a very active, pain-free life, and am able to do all things I missed out on as a teenager due to foot pain. I have had Morton's Neuroma for about 7 years, and after countless unsuccessful treatments at prior podiatrists, Dr. Jameson was able to expediently assist in confirming that surgical intervention was at this juncture the most plausible option for relief (though not opting this route until thoroughly confirming via x-ray AND MRI). I had an additional issue in the same foot, and she was able to treat both issues in my left foot. Dr. Jameson worked with me not only to resolve my issues, but also in scheduling me within a VERY short time frame, in order to have the procedure fall within a timeframe in which I had met my deductible before it doubled. Not only did she resolve my medical issues, but was immediately understanding and very willing to work with me on a tight timeframe. Post-surgery, she answered a question on a Saturday, and my recovery time was exactly as promised. Not even a month after two procedures on my foot, I'm able to chase after and wear my 9-month old, and beyond grateful I will continue to do so, pain free! Beyond Dr. Jameson, the entire staff at Kansas City Foot and Ankle was exceptionally customer service focused. Katrina, who assisted me with scheduling was lovely and very accommodating. Krista, Dr. Jameson's nurse was equally nice and expedient in returning my queries. I'm failing to remember the name of the receptionist, but she was always very warm, and remembered my son's name. After $500 on the treatment plus 3-4 visits prior to the treatment of $50 copays each time I completed my treatment in November. It is now February and my toenail has had zero change on growth or looks. I feel like I was talked into a plan and received zero results. Spending $700+ on a service and getting nothing out of it is very very disheartening. Would never recommend this office to anyone for this type of service
