It took over half a year for Black Knight to repair the damage they caused, then sent a bill to us. We refused to pay and Black Knight filed small claims against us. We showed up to court but Bob dismissed the claim that morning and never showed up. We now receive "blacklisted" letters from Bob. No worries Bob, we will never be there again. After a second trip and more discussion I decided on a new table. Bob worked out a great deal including delivery and set up. The guys that set up the table were great and very professional. At first I just wanted an inexpensive table Sears or that level... I ended up spending a little more but I could not be happier with the looks and value of a true billiard table.
