Murray Charnes absolutely went above and beyond helping me fix an issue that was not his or Sherwin Williams fault, but our contractors. We bought the color paint that the contractor told us to buy... unfortunately after pulling up to my house this afternoon we realized that it was the wrong color. I grabbed the paint and headed to the store on I-10 assuming it was a total lose. After getting to the store... Murray met me with a smile and said... "no problem we will get this fixed"! Never questioning or saying it was "my fault" or "sorry you will have to eat the cost"... nothing! He Just said "I've got you"! Wow!! Just wow!! They were super helpful and quick to get everything cut and loaded up. I have seen them care for walk in clients that weren't savvy in building and yet they took good care of them and were very helpful. They are not a big box store. Joe didn't have the color we picked, but had a good supply of a similar color at a price that really knocked our socks off - This one deal cut the price of my project by half! Joe was great in person, very easy to deal with and the guys at the counter we're quick to help with the payment portion. Pricing was exceptional, well worth the extended drive to Rome. The guys in the years we're very quick to help, did a great job of loading the 2400 pounds of material (excellent forklift work, and a very helpful crew on a 90 degree day) Joe was there to wish us a safe trip as we departed the yard, a very good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat again when we start our next project.
