It's well organized and designed like you'd expect a medium sized grocery store to be. Set up in a way where you almost have to go right upon entry. It's always clean, shelves are well stocked and everything is where it's supposed to be. Ralph's Market feels like a neighborhood grocery store. The cashiers and stockers are very friendly and personal. Maybe I go there too much but I find myself having personal conversations with some of them about their personal lives and other things going on in their world AND I'm not even from the area. Sure go here if you're in the area. I'd almost always prefer to support a store like this which is independently owned instead of one of the larger chain grocery stores where you don't get the personal touch. The deli also serves lunch and breakfast with several options on each. I've had the breakfast with no complaints and even a slice of pizza one day. Also, two of the ladies I work with go there to get salads on a regular basis for lunch. But there's also more hardier options available.

Long check out lines with unmasked individuals and no social distancing--packed together like sardines. This business is careless about protecting its customers. They are ignoring mandated safety measures. Shopping carts are not sanitized. Many customers are not wearing masks. Neither mask wearing or social distancing is being monitored or enforced. Citizens deserve more from an essential service like a grocery store. I feel sorry for residents of Geismar that have few options for grocery services.
