This village corner shop is a veritable Aladdins Cave! If they don't stock what you are looking for just ask the manager, Tony, and he will try to source it for you (often while he's abroad on his own holiday!). Whilst the everyday groceries can be on the pricey side, you can find all sorts of hidden gems here, so it's a good place to look for that little something different. They have a good range of affordable wines, often bin ends and other good deals.
They also have a great little deli counter, and do awesome home made sandwiches.
They were the first shop in the village to have a donations pot for carrier bags in a bid to reduce the use of plastics. They sell their own canvas shopping bags, or you can bring your own, or use one of their empty cardboard boxes.
