Tayto is the national crisp and this is the place it is born. For those who don't know (tourists, hostages etc) Ireland venerates Tayto to an almost unnatural degree - the little yellow man on the packet (Mr Tayto) has recently published his autobiography.
His red coat, stripy trousers and blue hat are as recognisable to Dubliners as Croke Park and his cheese and onion crisps aren't half bad, either.
