Alex and his team were hired, under signed contract, for unlimited snow removal and salting for the…read more2025/2026 winter season. It didn't start well with him not showing up for our initial visit and coming two days later. Throughout the course of our short relationship Alex repeatedly ignored my requests for service and salting and occasionally sending a sub contractor (twice) who cleared snow and didn't salt. The final straw came when he said the property had been serviced by a subcontractor and upon my arrival on site it had not. I called and he said he would be out that day. He did not come out. When I messaged him the next day he lied and said he actually had been out and the property didn't require service. I live in the snow belt, I can assure you the property did need service. At that moment, I cancelled the contract, requested a prorated refund for the remainder of the year (which he had demanded be paid in full upfront). I have not heard from him since. Do not hire.

Super clean and Tu wouldn't take a final payment until the back-ordered cupboard doors were in and installed! That's the sign of an honest businessman in my eyes! They started each day on time and always made sure they put their tools out of the way at the end of the day. The work they did was fantastic. We love the results. The products they used are high quality but didn't break the bank. I can't recommend them enough for the job they did.
