Microcenter had my laptop for over two weeks and gave it back to me with a new screen. Once I got it back less than a day of use my laptop went completely dark. I took it back to Microcenter where the cashier let me know that they'll look at it again under the same ticket from when they had it. He also let me know that they ONLY replaced my screen- they did nothing for liquid. A week goes by- I have no text, email, nothing from micro center. You cannot reach the store at all- you have to go through multiple 800 numbers and be transferred. After finally speaking to someone they let me know I wasn't checked in correctly and they were sorry - less than an hour later I get a text that my motherboard fried due to liquid... The manager texts me telling my they'll transfer my data if able to for free- they then fight and charge me it the next day. I had to walk back inside and send the screenshots in order to get my data xfer for free... I will never be back.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had…read more We ordered banners and from the very beginning we faced constant delays. Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.

It was odd having to go into an apartment instead of a shop but as soon as I got to know Mr. Patel all my worries vanished. He began trouble shooting right away and discovered the problem within 30 minutes!! He explained exactly what he was doing which was helpful as I'm a student working towards a tech degree. It was pretty quick service and overall an awesome experience. He had advised what the best fix was and didn't charge me anything for diagnostics. However I still gave him a $10 tip for being efficient, kind and experienced. It may seem strange going to a repair technician working from home but I can assure anyone reading as a young adult I felt safe and content with the service I received and recommend him greatly. I plan to use his expertise should I have another problem!
