What a fun and free activity to take advantage of while in Berlin! The facility has changed since…read more2015 so the climbing walls are no longer up. They have opened up the floor / show room alternatively to having plastic to pull on! This location is like walking into a mini museum! They have older models that are no longer on the road or easily maintained due to rare parts / hard to get car parts. It was like walking back in time while seeing these prestigious works of art. I would like to give this facility a full 5 star review, although I had a lot of anticipation to take advantage of the free climbing only to find out they changed the lay out of the building. Fun fact: this is a very important tip for those who do no have and cash or change to pay for a public restroom - the top floor does have a clean bathroom available!!

Weder in der…read moreBMW-Niederlassung, noch bei BMW-Riller & Schnauck gab es irgendeinen Mitarbeiter, der Probleme bei Einstellung der Assistenz-Systeme und Anzeigen, die andere Mitarbeiter nicht mal kennen(!), so schnell lösen kann. Dabei ist Herr Priefert kein Service-Berater oder Werkstattmeister, sondern Verkäufer von BMW-Motorrädern! Dennoch ist er stets hilfsbereit, wenn seine Kollegen nicht mehr weiterwissen - lange dauert es bei ihm sowieso nie :-). In jedem Fall ganz herzlichen Dank! Viele Grüße, B.K.
