You can't get anything delivered to your apartment; you have to meet them in the lobby. Was locked out of the property because I was never issued keys when I moved in. Trash chutes are not functional. Bugs everywhere. There are people with teenagers living here in what is supposed to be a senior complex. There are people with more pets than allowed. The lights were turned off for over 24 hours about 3 weeks ago. All the hallways were dark and no A/C. I think they didn't pay the electric bill. No one wanted to offer up any explanation. A tree fell during one of the last strong storms that came through and it laid right where it fell for DAYS. This is advertised as a luxury senior complex. Don't be fooled; it's nothing more than HUD housing.
