Do not use J&G! We first started using them early in 2006. At first we thought we were getting…read moregreat service, but in 2008 the IRS audits started coming in. EVERY YEAR that we used her we were audited. Normally I wouldn't hold this against Jeanette or the company, but they said they offer "audit protection". We found out that their idea of audit protection meant asking for paperwork from us that she told us from the beginning the irs would not need. Because of them we wound up being told by the irs that since 08 all of our tax returns were filed incorrectly and that we owe them thousands. No response from Jeanette or anyone at J&G. They don't even answer their phones anymore. My suggestion, just use turbo tax. Every major company uses a similar system to turbo tax anyway.
