Their chat line doesn't work either and can't be used for account cancellation or billing issues, etc. Plus you're expected to wait forever for a chat agent, too. This is basically zero customer service, but they want you to pay good money for their internet service. I guess my next step is to take legal action against Start and Telus (the new owner of Start) for negligent performance of duty and negligent infliction of mental and emotional distress (after all, isn't needless aggravation a form of mental distress?) No one should have to fight that hard or be forced to waste a lot of their valuable time just to get the most basic, essential customer service. If you're looking for an internet service provider, my only recommendation is to avoid Start if you can.
