Pulled up first at the drive up teller she says she'll get that all set another guy pulls up next to me at the other tunnel she says the same thing and then she finishes his transaction before mine when I've been sitting here longer then pops up and tells me there's someone in the lobby and they will be with my transaction shortly. Just cashing a check nothing crazy. And some girl with pink hair interrupts me to tell me they have to take the person in the lobby first when I was trying to say the guy next to me was taken before me and left when I've been sitting here before me. Watched a car pull up 10 minutes as I was sitting here whom went inside and came out before anyone even said anything to me on the intercom. Completely rude and I will not be returning to this location again. 30 minutes now I've been waiting at the drive through. Worst customer service and branch I've ever had to deal with DONT GO HERE. read more

I love that not only they are open 7 days a week but when i loose my debit card on a Saturday night i can get a new one right in the store the next day! TD Bank is the quintessential example of no customer service and hidden banking fees... Stay away.. I do not bank with TD for good reason. I researched them and had one unsavory experience that I will share as an outsider.. today hard checks are vanishing as eBanking replaces the need to transact via a paper check.. However there are those occasional instances when a paper check is the easiest method of transacting. I recently had such an instance with a TD Customer (soon to be a former customer.) She deposited my check and it cleared through my account. The next day I received a random phone call during business hours from a highly sloppy caller with a South Carolina area code. She started this hour long useless exchange not properly identifying herself and in this age of endless scams I find it astounding that TD Bank has no protocol for verifying the identity of the caller... but that's just another matter with this loser of a bank. This caller asked my identity without explaining the purpose of the call. When I pushed back she apparently had the wrong case in front of her and referred to me as some name I have never heard of before. She then continued to ask if I had recently written a check to another person whom I have never heard of.. when I pressed asking her to identify herself she declined. This initial call took over 20 minutes of wasted time.. Knowing that I had just written a check but not divulging that I had I asked her if she had a file in front of her with my last name... she then put me on hold for 10 minutes before cutting me off... I called the incoming number and she immediately picked up.. when I asked her why she placed me on an extensive hold she replied that she didn't know what to do... awesome... I told her I wanted a call from a supervisor... 30 minutes later the supervisor called... mind you I'm not even a customer of TD Bank... she had to search for the file as she was completely unprepared... another hold for 10 minutes... she finally located the check info and said it was to verify that I had already written a check to one of their customers? This is after the check had cleared? Totally idiotic and complete disregard for the time that they interrupted from my work day.. no apology, no thank you... nada....this is a half assed bank... they charge transfer fees... monthly checking account maintenance fees that a customer has to search to find and then contest... this is exactly the kind of bank that places it in the same low life class as BOA... Stay away from this one... TD Bank sucks. read more

I had a horrible experience today the drive-through for this location. I pulled up and asked to make a deposit which I waited 15 minutes to do. I been asked if I could have a withdrawal made and the person at the window apologize because it had been another 15 minutes. After sitting at the drive-through for almost a half hour, I told her to just please send my card back over if she didn't already have the withdrawal as I needed to go I was on my lunch break. She said OK and sent back only my ID leaving me without the money I need it in the first place. Hire enough people .especially at lunch hour when everyone is going to the bank. Very dissatisfied will not be returning to this location ever again. read more
