I really don't have much to say, I've never had an issues here but never really had much interaction with the branch in general cause I mostly do everything via online. I got a new debit card and the staff were friendly and it only took about 10 mins to receive it and I was basically in and out. The building was clean however the location is a but shoty, nobody wants to go to downtown Bridgeton to do anything and the fact it shares a parking lot with Walgreens makes the drive through a traffic blocking nightmare (God it's truly terrible). read more

Everything is perfect unless you want to do your banking online. I prefer online and did for years with my previous bank which was much smaller. Worst online banking ever! I get bumped off at least 4 times while trying to do my banking. I am not fast and I like to take my time but this is ridiculous! I should be able to take as much time as I need. A real time waster!! This location is very clean and attractive. The staff is friendly and professional. The atm is inside. The wait time is usually fine.

This is the worst bank. There is never a time that I have come here that I don't have to sit in line to mak a simple deposit for One full Hour. There is no such thing as customer service they are terrible to there neighbors with the back up of traffic which raps into a state road. Something needs to be done. read more
