Printer is not working since morning and they didn't care to fix it for someone like me to have my…read moremoney order for my loan pay off Very poor customer care support I had to get a last minute money order for my loan , went to this branch 30 minutes before their closing to make sure i have enough time to get to the next location incase they are not able to give me my money order since they don't have teller anymore. Got there and asked for money order after all they said their printer having problem since the morning and they won't able to have my money order at 4:50 pm and all other branches will close at 5 pm Never do banking with this branch because we as a customer have no right to get our things on time and they don't know how to resolve their issue with printer and they had all day to fix the printer. They don't care about our needs as a customer and providing banking services which as low as working printer Zero customer satisfaction if you can't provide services you don't need to be open

I'll try not to hold it against them that the bank machine closest to the doors that lead into the main building hates my debit card and refuses to give me money. Arg!
