This morning I needed some information from my bank. It was too early for the branch so I called online banking for assistance. I spoke with Donny! Yet another great TD employee. Special thanks to RBC for treating me poorly when I came in to ask for help with my Father's estate. You asked me, "how do we know that is the only copy of the will?". You did not even offer condolences. We walked across the street to my Father's bank who were very gracious.
