I finally replied telling him no...that I'm basically not interested (I probably should have called him out for what he was doing but it was so surreal, uncomfortable and weird.) I didn't hear from him for a few months but he just texted me again saying the same things...and he mentioned living close to me...which means he definitely remembered my address... Their great on interest rates if you getting any type of loan. Customer service can be a bit challenging from time to time. Speed of bank tellers really suck. I sat on line for 2 hrs just to take out money. I thought it was ridiculous. Even before the pandemic I sat online for almost an half hour . Teachers always having issues on Friday with their Atm machine. Long line waiting to use it but either it runs out of money or someone card gets stuck in it. I don't understand why they dont have more than two atm machines. Another issue is most banks don't charge fees but teachers charge fees for almost everything. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. Loriann, the manager is a FANTASTIC!!! Always smiling and confirming that everything is O.K. before I leave. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a great team of people.
