However, XCEL really took care of us and walked us through the process from completing the paperwork to locking in the rate and everything in between. And the fact that this company is a federal credit credit union they don't originate loans for profit. And they were available for any questions we had during all this. She treated me as If I was depositing a million dollars in her bank. She filled out the appropiate paper work, made the phone calls to Corporate and was as helpful and thorough as I've ever seen. Oh no that's why I took all my money out of Kearny and I don't care now if they have 10% interest, I'd never put it back again... They really need to up there staff education on their own products...
