I wondered, if this was her grandfather, would she have addressed him in that manner? A total lack of respect for our elderly! Also, I wanted to open a new CD and had a check to deposit, I waited on line and informed the teller and she again with pointing her finger informed me to go and sit down. Really! So I waited again and afterwards with the same Office Manager, informed me to open up a CD, I would have to do it online. So, I was rudely misinformed by the teller to sit, wait again and wasted more of my time. You call these people customer service? Really? What a total lack of respect for others.

This location is a full service branch. They usually have at least 2 tellers working at all times,…read moreand sometimes more at busier times. The line for the tellers gets really busy on Thursdays and Fridays during lunch time, as lots of people come to cash their checks then. So, try to avoid that time if possible, or be prepared to wait. They also have employees in closed door cubicles if you want to open or manage checking, savings, or other accounts. They offer safe deposit boxes on site. This location also has an outdoor ATM machine to cash checks or grab a few $20's outside of regular business hours (or if you prefer to avoid human interactions). It's enclosed and you need to swipe your debit card to gain access for your safety.

The banker named Randy Brito seem very helpful at first but after he "supposed" help me. He told me that I would get a call from the resolution center in a couple of days. I called him twice and he snap at me, gave me attitude and apparently didn't do he's job like he was suppose to, because the resolution center never received anything notes or a copy of a receipt I gave him.
