I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experiences with Mr. Tony Nguyen, an employee at your Crowfoot branch. Unfortunately, his manner of communication and treatment of clients has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
My first negative interaction with Mr. Nguyen occurred about one to two months ago. I mistakenly arrived at the branch early in the morning, believing I had an in-person appointment, and briefly stepped away to get a coffee before 9:00 AM. When I returned, Mr. Nguyen became visibly angry and raised his voice at me, threatening to have my car towed if I parked there again. He did not give me the opportunity to explain that my scheduled appointment was actually online. This experience left me extremely uncomfortable and unable to focus properly on my banking matters.
Most recently, I visited the branch to request a printed transaction history for one of my accounts over the past two years. Mr. Nguyen first informed me this would take five days, then later said it would cost $50. Throughout the interaction, his attitude was again rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I would like to emphasize that I usually bank at the 17 Avenue branch, where the staff are always professional, polite, and helpful. I have always been satisfied with the service there. This issue is specifically related to the Crowfoot branch and Mr. Nguyen.
I kindly ask that you review this matter and take appropriate action to ensure clients are treated with courtesy and respect. Experiences like this diminish the trust and convenience that TD Bank is known for. If such issues are not addressed, I will unfortunately have to consider moving my personal and business accounts to another institution.
Sincerely,
Daria
