A group of ten of us came here on a Friday night, and it was empty. Good thing too, because we were running out of chairs. Anyway, I got T3, a roasted green tea I think, without ice and without sugar. They messed up my order the first time and gave me ice, but I asked them to take it out and so they did. The tea was pretty flavorful, but I think it could have been more flavorful. Either that or I didn't get the right kind of tea; the roasted flavor was slight, and it wasn't bad. This place doesn't stand out from the other boba places around the area, so I probably won't be back. Prices aren't bad for the quantity; my tea was $3.80 including tax for a pretty tall cup. I may be back to try their other teas, but their other "special" aka not black, green, oolong, or roasted that I got are $3.75 pre-tax, which I think is too high. apparently this is my mom and my dads favorite place to go for crepes now! they told me they had been going to get milk tea (HONEY ROASTED OOLONG MILK TEA, that's their favorite) from here for a bit now, always say people getting crepes but never trying it until recently. after they tried it, they took me there on 7/23/19. For my drink, I ordered the BUTTERFLY PEA SODA. I would not get it again, it was very bubbly but I don't really like the flavor. I usually like butterfly pea milk lattes, so I will try that from here next time. We ordered the SPICY HAWAIIAN crepe and the CALIFORNIA crepe. My favorite was the Spicy Hawaiian crepe, the flavor of the jalapenos complemented the sweetness of the pineapple. The crepes were also cooked so that they were very crispy, something I often do not see. My mom marveled at the fact that they made it so crispy. For dessert, we also ordered a LEMON DROP crepe. The flavor was very good. However, I do like my lemon flavored crepes a little softer, but that is a personal preference. For three people, we finished 2 "salty" crepes, 1 dessert crepe, and 2 drinks. I really enjoy the crepes here. read more

Tea Annie is one of the best boba places in the bay area, that actually uses real fruit and not syrups. It's a little hole in the wall place that's kind of hidden in a small plaza. I couldn't find it at first even with Google Maps xD Anyways, I ordered the grapefruit slushie and it was excellent! You can taste real grapefruit in the drink, unlike other boba places that use syrups. My drink had the perfect consistency, the ice is perfectly blended and smooth, and the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much added sugar. I hate drinks that are overly saturated with sweetness from syrups, that you find in a lot of other places. Although the drink was on the pricier side, around $4.50, the quality was worth it. I will definitely come back here and try their other bubble teas, crepes, and snow ice. read more

Pros: Close to Los Altos, Quick service, inexpensive. Their house black milk tea is good. Wide selection of flavors and toppings. Cons: If you don't select the correct drink, you might get something undrinkably bad. I don't like toppings on my drinks, tend to go for 50% sugar, and I like milk teas rather than fruity blends--so take my review with a grain of salt. Basically, their house milk tea is reliably decent/drinkable, which is all I need because they're close by and it saves me a long drive to castro or teaspoon. I'm not sure why but their thai milk tea tastes like no other thai milk tea I've had, and I've had a ton of em (one of my favorite drinks). Someone in the other reviews said they use brown sugar to sweeten it, which would maybe explain it. I've poured it out the two times I tried it. Their coffee milk tea was awesome the first two times I had it, and then the third was completely different tasting. Their drinks aren't very consistent. Still, it's easy to get to and has good service, so if you can find a drink you like from them it's definitely worth to come here frequently. read more

Was in the neighborhood and wanted some milk tea. Came midday so there was no lines which was great. Not sure what I wanted to get I asked for suggestions and they so happened to have a tasting of the Oolong milk tea with brown sugar. Decided to order Taro Milk Tea at 50% sweetness and the Oolong milk tea with brown sugar at 75% sweetness. If you're not a big fan of your milk teas being too sweet you might want to consider dropping the sweetness by about half. The service was quick and the place was clean. My wife and I are what you might call "boba snobs". In particular we are really sensitive to boba tea places with overly sweet teas or that use mixes. this is a review for this time only!! my previous visits have all been delicious!! new girl at the counter, was very uncomfortable. ordered an osmanthus with half sweet and ai yu, no milk. tea i received is not osmanthus!! it is some sort of roasted tea, and doesn't taste well brewed. seems as though there is no sugar at all, which can't be right because i have done half sweet before and it was not this. bitter and frustrated at a waste of almost $5! read more

This is right next to foothill and it's always a nice experience. The staff is super nice and caring. Their crepes are really good, even though they're known for their drinks/bubble teas. They have a variety of drinks to choose from and have some snacks as well. Prices are reasonable and then place is very clean. read more

What a unique idea, to have private tea rooms. These rooms are perfect for social gatherings and little get-togethers with friends or family. They are cozy and comfortable. The strawberry creme brulee is delicious, and it looks like a flower when it comes served to the table. The different milk teas are fragrant and light. We came in a large group Friday night. The staff were friendly and efficient. There were so many tea options! I got an iced strawberry black tea with lychee jelly and it was delicious. Everyone in our group got different drinks and all were happy. Despite the fact that we hung out there past closing (we did not know the shop closed at 10!), the staff were accomodating and did not ask us to leave. Young friendly girl helped me order. Another young employee appeared to be waiting for my sticker'd cup so she could make my drink. This seemed odd as 3 people before me had ordered, paid, and still had not received their orders. The orders got mixed up and my drink was taken by someone else. They did remake my drink but it took a while. Mesnwhile, a large family came in - several generations - with friends. They were owners of the restaurant. There were 4 times as many employers/employees as paying customers. One owner went behind the counter and started packaging MANY of the food items for her friends for free. Totally her prerogative but seemed odd. I think all the extra people in the store and behind the counter contributed to the order mixup. I hoped that they might offer me something due to my inconvenience. Nope - not even an apology. I probably won't return. Too many other places that VALUE paying customers. read more

Had high hopes for this place because it's very close to where I live and conveniently located in the shopping center where I take my son to get his haircut, so I thought it would be a nice milk tea break for me afterwards. I went before noon so it wasn't busy. I just ordered the standard milk tea with regular 100% sweetness and no toppings. I was disappointed because it tasted like watered down tea. I might give them one more try to be sure it wasn't an off day. If it ends up being better I'll update, but the first impression has not sold me on the place. They do, however, seem to have crepes there, which I might be more inclined to bring my son to try as a treat. read more

This place is a hidden gem. The teas are of very high quality and you can really taste the different flavor of the teas in their drinks. The classic green milk tea is probably one of best in the south bay. I just wish they stayed open a little later. read more

Sorry, but over 15 minutes is too long to wait for one average overpriced drink. The menu isn't that clear and all the options available to you aren't clear either. There isn't a lot of space to wait and my young child got pushed over by a guy and his dog. Yes... His non-service animal was allowed inside. The green tea milk tea is also really great, and if you're hungry the california club crepe is awesome. If you're looking to indulge a little, I'd try one of the "creamsicle" flavors. It had no spoon. When I asked for a spoon the guy pointed to the straws. How do u drink a hot drink with a straw without scorching your mouth. The variety of hot tea is fabulous and everyone I have tried has been enjoyable. I especially love the butterfly cold tea (turns purple when shaken) as a treat on a cold day. My wife and I had a cup of hot tea. As the menu says, the tea is definitely premium. I highly recommend the green tea. We also shared a Strawberry/Banana/Nutella crepe, which reminded us a bit of the crepes we had in Paris. The only slight negative is that the tea is a bit on the pricy side.
