There's no inside seating, it's just a hatch, but they always have seating outside. If it's raining you can either sit under their canopy or they'll put some chairs and tables up on the covered area. If it's sunny, or at least not raining, then you can sit right next to the wall and look out over the sea. They have reasonable prices, and they're really friendly. If you are staying in Blackpool it is worth visiting this café which is adjacent to the tram stop called Bispham Station.
