I tried the sandwiches built on crusty white bread topped with smoked salmon and lemon; a creamy spread made of Hermelin (a local Czech cheese) mixed with ham; and sardine cream. Each of the sandwiches was beautifully dressed also with lettuce, egg, and parsley. We also had two sandwiches built on slices of nutty brown bread topped with a celery root and carrot slaw; and a creamy beet salad topped with arugula. My favorite sandwiches were the sardine cream for its light, airy texture and salty flavor; and the beet salad for its slightly sweet, earthy flavor. However, everything here was tasty and came at a good value too!
