When I brought the damage to the owners attention the very next day after the cleaning, he told me it was "too late." My initial concerns were prompted within the 24 hours in the contract, but because I found more damage at 29 hours, he wants to play games. Refused to provide me the insurance information and stopped responding all together. They breached the contract and do not honor the quality guarantee they boast. Women walked around my house for at least an hour doing nothing, one was sitting in her car for over 40 minutes (I have camera footage of both) I tried to approach the owner kindly and respectfully, but he wants to hide behind his email.
