How a company handles these situations says everything. We truly appreciated him reaching out to us, and in this case Keith truly made things right. We are looking to buy an investment property, and before we made the offer, we wanted to obtain a pre-qualification letter to provide the seller's realtor. Having been matched with Stephen Gray, we started the process on Monday. I would like to point out that our credit is exceptional, we have great jobs and assets. I would also like to note that our credit report wasn't supposed to be pulled at that moment, and yet... it was. Thanks for the hit - I have carefully curated my credit over the years and don't appreciate that. When my husband called on Tuesday to ask for the letter, understanding that this is *not* a pre-approval, just a pre-qual, he was met with an aggressive tone, raised voice, and scolding because I hadn't unfrozen one of the reports, and accusatory statements that we weren't giving them the information quickly enough. Our interaction was not a good one. I have a very demanding job and an invalid family member, so it was going to take me a little bit to get the information. Note, we are talking less than 48 hours. The same day, we got the pre-qual letter from another Mortgage Broker with the same information we had provided Statewide. We are puzzled at the treatment we received from Stephen, considering that we are ideal clients, have great income, and exceptional (near-perfect) credit.

Rented a property from this company for a year. The home, 111 Harrison in Middletown, looked…read moreperfect on the surface. However, the piping of the kitchen sink was done with corregated tubing which caused a massive leak. That took days to get anyone to come help so I can wash dishes. The fireplace in this 1900's home was never sealed off making the home cold and the electric bill sky high ($551 on our last month there). There were zero fixtures in this home upon moving in as far as window coverings, not even a toilet paper holder. All of these had to be provided by us ON TOP of our insanely overpriced rent of $2050. Which btw, they're trying to charge more now that we're moved out, don't fall for it. Paid every month rent early. However multiple times, I was asked where my rent was TWO WEEKS AFTER the due date, even though I texted the landlord every month as I was dropping rent off. Communication was horrible. To try to get someone to fix something usually took a solid week to even hear a reply. Then I'd get a follow up text usually a month later asking me if maintainance ever came. Two months before we moved out, we got a text from a random guy saying he was our new landlord, Cory. No heads up from the former landlord, and not even a personal meeting or visit, not even a phone all from the "new landlord." Just a text from a random guy I'm now supposed to give my $2050 to every month. NOW Cory is saying that we will not get even a portion of our deposit back ($2000 deposit) because we left leaves on the deck, the grout was "dirty" and there were scuffs on the wall. In what world would those things cost $2000 to fix. Not to mention out of the 4+ places I've rented from in the past, I've ALWAYS got my deposit back because I'm an ideal tenant. Don't fall into their trap. You've been warned.

The 3 C's of Maintenance man Randy...Caring, Concerned, and compassionate…read more This past winter there were homeless individuals who were sleeping in our building. As sad as that is and how sorry we (the residents in the building) were for for them, it posed a potential risk of unwanted activity in the building (including drugs, theft, and decrease in safety). How did this begin you ask? Well, there are those individuals who feel that they should not be evicted for not paying rent...even though the consequences of this are in the lease. I am sure that some of the situations can't be helped at times, but the rules are always upheld. Some of the evicted individuals find it some how satisfying to cause damage to the building with no regard for how it will affect those who still reside here. In this case the locks to the four entry ways of the building were all damaged so that none of them locked. Thank goodness there is a 3 C's maintenance man Randy. I had to mail something to the maintenance office which I addressed to Randy. With the item I also included a note that discussed the above situation and asked if the several entry doors to the building could have their locks replaced. The day after the mail was received at the office, there were functioning locks on all of the building's doors!!! Needless to say most of us were very happy and felt much safer immediately! The maintenance team is always busy taking care of things in various locations, but for Randy to make sure there were locks on every door that soon after being notified about the situation meant three things; he Cared and was Concerned about our safety, sense of security, the security functions of the building, the property, and any discomfort we (the residents) felt there, and was Compassionate in that our locks were made a priority among the other tasks that I am sure existed on the same level of priority.
