Jessica communicated really well with me through both transactions, and I lived out-of-state for the second closing. I had a lot of questions and a lot of worry because this was the first and second time I ever sold a home, and she was able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. She used her knowledge of realty to advocate for me with one difficult buyer, and I really appreciated that! Jessica was also my buyer's agent for one home purchase and she showed me probably a dozen or more houses, enthusiastically and patiently. She pointed out home attributes I hadn't considered, all while taking time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. I recommended Jessica to all of my friends in Gillette because she is a true pro. Not only does she do her job exceptionally well, but she is extraordinarily friendly and personable. She cared about me. As a seller, I had a lot of circumstances come up (due to my properties, NOT due to anything Jessica did), and she went absolutely above and beyond, putting out fires (figuratively) while we were several states away. She assured me it's not a problem and she definitely proved it as well by selling my house in just 4 days for more than my asking price! She also found us a beautiful home on an acre IN TOWN! Exactly what we were looking for and was able to get us into that as soon as our house closed! As if that wasn't enough, 2020 decided to kick us in the teeth and I was laid off from my job of 8 years and we were forced to move, just 3 months after we purchased our dream home. Now with a struggling market and a home which we had 0 equity, we once again called on Jess. She found buyers quickly but that wasn't all. Those buyers backed out just before closing and we had already put money down to a house we were building in Texas. Jess worked hard and found us another buyer and this time it stuck. It couldn't have been better timing as we were able to sell our house just before the build was finished on our new house. The entire time she tirelessly worked on keeping our house constantly advertised on all the local realty pages, her own page and never stopped showing it at least 5 times a week. For all these reasons and more Jessica Scheve is in my opinion the best realtor in Gillette. She's kind, considerate, knowledgeable and hard working. My wife and I are selling our home and Jessica was the realtor representing a family that agreed to purchase our home. After agreeing to a purchase price, an inspection, and filling out paperwork for the family purchasing the home to assume the VA loan we had on the home, the home was listed as contingent. Everything was set; or so we thought. After a deadline came and went concerning different aspects of purchasing the home (e.g., the family applying to assume the VA loan), our realtor tried over the course of several weeks to contact Jessica. She never got back to him. As a result, we could only assume that the family found something else, which is fine. What is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate is that we were never notified. Consequently, for roughly a month our house set in Contingency, which meant that we only showed it one other time as a back-up. Admittedly, how we were treated wasn't illegal, a distinction often given to settle things. While true, simply because something isn't illegal, it doesn't follow that it isn't immoral or unethical. When it comes to treating others how one would want to be treated, what is ethical or moral is fundamental and, indeed, from which legality or illegality is based. All that was needed was a simple phone call. To make matters worse, my wife contacted the 307 Realty Team to find out what happened and she was to receive a call back with an answer. That was a week ago. Once again, unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate, ethically or morally speaking of course. The 307 Realty Team in general and Jessica Garrett in particular, therefore, deserve the above rating. If I could give them a negative one rating, I would.

My experience with this rental agency was extremely negative. I had rented an apartment for a year…read moreand a half. I gave notice 30 days in advance when I planned to move. The apartment was cleaned and vacated on time. An exit inspection was requested only two be told it wasn't necessary and that I should receive my security deposit in about six weeks. To my surprise, I instead received a copy of invoices stated I owed over a thousand dollars for cleaning and repairs. . They kept my 650 dollar security deposit and 30 days later sent the balanced owed to a collection agency. After meeting with the agent, the amount was reduced by 100 dollars with an expectation that I should be greatful. Instead, I felt that I had been taken advantage of with charges of cleaning and repairs billed at 65 dollars an hour. My experience was extremely negative.
