Immaculate, 11,000 sq ft full fitness facility + fight sports gym features open gym memberships *on the 1st and basement floors*, and class-based memberships on the 2nd floor and outside turf area (for covid). Second floor has turf/bootcamp fitness area and mats for MMA classes. First floor has cardio machines and more, and the basement is dedicated to weightlifting and more. The instructors and trainers are well-versed and knowledgeable in their crafts, they are there to help and assist you in your gym journey. Everyone (including members) are super friendly to one another. The gym has a different vibe than other gyms, as it is a small business and ran by people who love fitness, mixed martial arts, and old school hardcore style gyms. A very no BS type of place that allows you to workout, have a little fun, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. Let me start off by saying that I have been to MANY gyms across the country, and none of them compare. The Facility is not a place for people who just want to work out. The Facility is a place for people who want to TRAIN. I didn't really know there was a difference until my first workout. My trainer CHRIS is intelligent, intense, and personable. He was nice enough to personalize a workout for me of the area's I was concerned with. Boot Camp was AMAZING, needless to say I felt the burn. Powerhouse Top Team has become a home away from home for myself and my children. Boot camp classes and Muay Thai for adults, Jiu Jitsu and striking classes for children as well as private lessons for all is what this gym offers. The gym is clean, the instructors are the top of their field, the atmosphere is friendly and the classes are effective and fun! I tell everyone who asks to come try a class with me!!! I started this class at the end of April, and I already lost 10 lbs. My brother pushed me to go and I have never be happier. I actually look forward to working out which is a first for me. The class itself is fun and it never feels like you're there for an hour. Everyone is super nice and supportive too, so you're comfortable in what you're doing.
