Do not, under any circumstances, order parts from this purported business. Ordered and paid in full up front three months ago (after 7 months of begging for a quote). They never answer calls (let alone return calls) or return emails. I call every third day. The few times I reach anyone, they say they will go talk to the guys in the back and get back to me. Nothing. One employee basically looked both ways and whispered, "Run away! These guys are incompetent. I am looking for other work." Never has a truer word been spoken. I have had to cancel the tradespeople I had booked to do installation, because the parts have not come. A lost summer of camping with my young family. Incredibly frustrating. read more

I had the same experiences as others here. Ordered in March 2020, promised it would be done by May 2020, then June then July. He failed to meet his obligation so I asked for my deposit back and he kept $2100! This guy is a crook. Do not order a trailer from him. read more

I would like to share an experience about OUTBACK Custom Travel Trailers (The Outback Travel Trailer) (outback custom Lightweights) manufactured by Team Trillium Trailer Manufacturing Ltd. in Calgary, AB Actually (Rocky View County, AB) I ordered my trailer in June 2016 and given a completion time in late September. Over 6 months later, April 2017 I was able to pick up my trailer. I started having problem the same day on the way home with water leaks and water all over the floor and the dinette table which was not mounted properly coming loose and damaging the fiberglass seating area. Things went downhill from that day forward from the door not mounted properly and gasket not sealing to extensive flaws and cracks in the fiberglass caused by very bad workmanship. Communication with them was extremely bad with more excuses then I can mention and a lot of unanswered e mail and phone calls. Hi. I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with Joe at TrilliumOutback. I was foolish enough to put a deposit down on a new build January 9,2019. Trailer was to be completed by the end of June, 2019. When that didn't happen I was accepting of the new date July 17,2019. I was to go to my Dads 85th birthday July 20th. No trailer. Ok two dates for completion not met. I'm given the date August 3,2019. I experienced a huge change in circumstances in the beginning of August so cancelled the purchase in an email as well as writing a letter I sent registered mail. Wasn't accepted. Joe was able to sell the trailer in 6 days so didn't lose any money. He refuses to return deposit and has threatened me with a lawsuit for loss of income. He's got $5000.00 more than if I'd bought it. I understand that if it had been ready on either of the two dates I was given, I would have the responsibility of taking care of a sale. Joe didn't meet either date so he failed to meet the contract. I offered to settle for less than a full refund of my $5000.00. My question after the long post is, has anyone been able to get a refund from Joe Thoen of TrilliumOutback? Sorry for massive post. The son was talking to another customer (she and I are in contact) and he was classy enough to call me a "C". Totally unprofessional let alone really crass. I do not recommend dealing with TrilliumOutback. Joe is very good with making bullshit believable. Thanks read more
