I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional. My father also used to use this garage, so I started using it too when I needed my car repaired. Unfortunately, I was not as pleased with their work. I found the mechanics to be rather surly and slightly patronising - I thought maybe because I was a woman, but my husband found the same thing when he took the car there. Although the work was carried out ok, it was the attitude of the staff that failed to impress me. It is quite conveniently located to Byker and Walker and is near Shields Road, which means you've got somewhere to go when you get your MOT done, but thats all I can recommend it for I'm afraid.
