No masks. I left TeamTax's office today before taking my appointment because the staff does not wear masks and will not wear masks. This would have been my 4th year of using TeamTax and their services and pricing were OK to fine. While it is, of course, their right to run their business as they wish, I wonder why they did not tell me about this office policy when I made an appointment over a month ago. I have been going to see Jarrad for several years now. I moved out of state a couple years ago and I still drive in every year to have my taxes prepared by Jarrad. I must say I was a bit afraid to do my taxes. My late wife of 23 years was an accountant by trade, and honestly she handled the taxes since I was about 20! If you are looking for a place to do your taxes.. well look no further I found it for you (you're welcome) My husband and I were referred to Jarrad Chavez by my husbands co worker (so okay I didn't entirely find this place on my own)The office itself is nice and clean and reminded me of scar face meets the historic museum (In a good way) the chairs in the waiting room are fit for a king(just needed a cigar and whiskey..kidding I like neither) Our appointment was at 3:00pm and we were greeted by Jarrad at 3:00pm. My husband and I have been doing our own taxes for years on turbo tax (ya we thought we we knew what we were doing) but since we tied the knot I thought it was best we leave it to the pros. Let's just say we needed Jarrad, the fact I ever thought turbo tax guided me with filing my taxes, well....no I was wrong. Jeff has been doing my father's taxes for 20 plus years. That should be enough of an endorsement, but recently my 86 year old father needed some extra help.
