I was impressed. I could not get my laptop complete loading to the log on screen which prompted my second visit. The harddrive was failing but they were able to recover some important data. The cloud backup had not recorded anything for the past 5 years so although I was glad I got some of that data, getting the recent data was very important to me. Although I struggled to find the recent data, they were finally able to steer me directly to it. I was SO RELIEVED. They replaced my hard drive with one with lesser capacity but still plenty large. I got all my data back and the new drive, and even though I had to follow up a couple more times to get to the data, the cost was most reasonable. I would recommend Lightning Repair highly. When it was all done and he gave me the credit paperwork, it showed $700 credit. When I questioned it, he said that the screen was cracked. Pulled off the screen protector and showed him it wasn't. Then he said the back was damaged. Took it out of the Otter Box and the only damage was a little bit of wear on the top from the case. Basically, Deacon lied to me! Also while I was in there, he and a fellow employee started bad mouthing all the past female employees and stated that they didn't want anymore women working in the store.
